The first consultation usually last between 60 – 90 minutes to assess your reason for seeking psychological services and to allow for treatment planning. Follow up sessions are usually 55 minutes in duration.

Cash payments are also accepted and charged according to medical aid rates and are to be made prior to your consultation. If a medical aid claim is unsuccessful, the service user, parent/legal guardian remains responsible for the payment of treatment costs.
